Mackenzie's focus is working with the senior leadership to identify and then implement significant and often necessary organizational improvements. 

 

This includes a range of activities from facilitating strategic planning sessions to the design and implementation of new organization structures and processes, to developing and implementing performance management systems to hands on management of projects.  He has been fortuntate to have worked in a variety of industries as well as both locally and internationally and is able to bring a broad range of experiences to bear.
